I have red dry sensitive skin that is patchy forming on my cheeks. I currently use the "calm skin:" tx from the new line at Target. I tried the microdermabrasion and my skin seems even more red and patchy… will this improve? Someone told me that the micro system will clear out the pores and dryness so that I could effectively moisterize. The redness is really my main issue… what moisertizer should I use???
So in a few days I should stop peeling anf the dryness will be improved?? I did the tx Friday night…

i have peach fuzz on my cheecks, and if i thread them out (waxing basically), ill get zits. if i thread them out, and them do a microdermabrasion treatment, will my skin get worse? should i thread with out microdermabrasion, and THEN do microdermabrasion?? or do both at the same time?

I have some small scars on my face ( as when i had spots i used to pick them)- and am considering of having a facial to help reduce the scars..

Update on my MD and 20% glycolic acid peel, my Netrogena products I’m currently using.

I have seen kits by neutrogena, ponds, l’oreal, homedics – some have little hand-held battery operated wands and others are just system creams.

Have you used any of these products and if so which were the most effective in rejuvenating the skin?

I have just recently developed little bumps all over my forehead which gives my skin an uneven appearance but don’t actually look like a typical blackhead or whitehead – but I am pretty sure they are blackheads.

What treatments should I use, which should I avoid? A few years ago I had a chemical peel and microdermabrasion but both made me look terrible for a week while they were healing – I work full time and wear a face mask (I’m a hygienist) so can’t really do anything as drastic as that this time.

Last night they interviewed Sarah Palin on FOX news after O’Bama’s speech. She definitely looks like she has had some work done to her face. Her eyebrows were lifted so high she looked startled. How well will these work? I got really sunburnt and have a couple of light sunspots and it seems like getting one of these facials would help minimize the appearance.
